Just in time too, the clouds have it now. If you look really closely you might be able to spot the Toast King.

No, that was a slate quarry in Wales. In one shot you can see the Tardis in the background.
Are you perhaps getting mixed up between Doctor Who and Torchwood (which was based in Wales)?
Moon landings, Toast King, Dr. Who, News at Ten, aren't they all the same? Isn't Torchwood the one with Insanity Prawn Boy who sleeps with anyone?
I don't watch TV much. Sometimes it all just blurs into one.
