I typically resort to a factory reset on my Orange box when they send something lethal down the line. Followed by a quick login to my wireless box via the browser and it's matter resolved. Seems to deal with matters most times. Apart from when the workmen decide to dig something up to "repair" it. They're so bad they're *almost* public sector.

They work fine most of the time but now and then they get the urge to 'update' something.
