I'm thinking of starting up a non-profit quango organization myself, give it a name and a "good" cause, put myself in charge with a big yearly salary (talent costs you know) and apply for multiple government grants to keep the whole thing up and running.
It's one way to beat today's high unemployment problem.
Why bother working when one can "quango" (Verb: Means to leach off the taxpayer teat claiming to do anything which sounds virtuous, but in reality is just arse kissing the government to expand more control and decrease public freedom/liberty in exchange for money) for a living instead.
