The only way is GM. A long game but a logical one.

Once GM is accepted, there is no limit. Pharma...Sadly, I can see it going a different way:
Pharmas will just explain that their product is not lethal, because of the adjunction of a small quantity of the new compound uslessine to the mix.
Then they will use this "research" to market a new line of hygiene products containing uslessine. And maybe even detergent companies will jump on the bandwagon and sell expensive washing powders that contain some.
And they will make even more money from the gullible.

Critical thinking is no longer taught in schools. This is to the government's interest as it allows them to pass all theses stupid and oppressive laws that people just accept and no longer have the tools to analyze.
And now big business interests are waking up to this and using that to make pot loads of money. With which they will lobby the government into passing more idiotic laws and backing "research" to help them fleece the population even more efficiently.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2170981338945747646.post-85625028239018258032010-10-16T08:47:41.923+01:002010-10-16T08:47:41.923+01:00ASH will probably claim that encouraging nicotine ...ASH will probably claim that encouraging nicotine patches for smokers was 'for the better good'. A bit like blasting your body with radiation and chemo in order to cure you but at the same time damaging good parts of you.

These patches worked for me though. I put one over each eye and couldn't find my ciggies.Hugh Janusnoreply@blogger.com
