For insurance purposes I reported it to the Police.

They called back to say that they had a problem "We've got a 'no result' on the Police National Computer (PNC) with the registration number"
"Oh" says I, "does that mean you won't be able to track down the driver?"

"No, we know who he is, it's yours that we have no record of, could you confirm it" Which we did. The PNC is the big one, the one that knows everything, LOL.

As an aside, two days later I got a phone call in which a computer said "This is a public awareness anouncement. If you have recently been involved in a motor vehicle incident..." at which I hung up. All very odd since at that point I had not yet contacted my insurance company and only the Police knew about it. Could have just been a coincidence I suppose.bannedhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02406037760273820029noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2170981338945747646.post-36495820360964048102011-04-25T01:38:10.243+01:002011-04-25T01:38:10.243+01:00Well, well - Rollo Tomasi has turned up! So it turns out that he is based in Bangkok!

Hello, Rollo.

Surely, the whole point of the song is the silencing of human beings? Isn't that why the figures have their mouths sealed?

There are things going on which are described as 'hate crimes'. In fact, these things are attacks on free speech. In the past, only if a person advocated actual 'rebellion' (or likewise) was his speech considered unlawful.

Our legislature is out of control. MPs are supposed to control the legislature, but they cannot.

Much ado is being made about AV and FPTP, but the REAL problem is that our MPs are TOLD how to vote in Parliament.

What a revolution we would have if MPs voted secretly! Ah..but how would constituents know what their MPs were voting for?........Catch 22. Alternatively, a good idea would be to abolish the idea of Party Whips. This would require a new think in that MPs would be required to justify personally to their constituents the reason that they voted in a particular way. It would not be sufficient to justify to the majority of their voters - the reason for a vote would have to be reasonable for the minority as well.

Would that!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2170981338945747646.post-37684239399812552662011-04-24T22:23:02.082+01:002011-04-24T22:23:02.082+01:00I do love the 'Mail' declaring how vital i...I do love the 'Mail' declaring how vital it is that the police be able to trace dangerous dogs, and then quoting in example all those cases where...errr, the police had no problem tracing Fido, as it was the dog belonging to the father/boyfriend/landlord of the deceased...

And of course it makes perfect economic sense to require compliance from 100% of the population when the problem lies with a very specific 0.1% of the population.JuliaMhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07844126589712842477noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2170981338945747646.post-37796219390454955482011-04-24T22:02:12.756+01:002011-04-24T22:02:12.756+01:00And when all the dog owners and their dogs have be...And when all the dog owners and their dogs have been summarily executed, we start on the fishtank owners, then the hamster fuckers, then anyone that harbours fleas.
When there are no animals nor animal lovers left - start on the gingers.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2170981338945747646.post-3202683883140084602011-04-24T21:30:52.869+01:002011-04-24T21:30:52.869+01:00Great idea. "A...Argh! It's the psycho anti-dog man...

"Any dog (other than police dogs) found in a public pace when it isn't leashed and muzzled should be destroyed and the owner should be jailed for a minimum of two years. It doesn't matter if the dog is big or small, dangerous or friendly, it dies and the owner goes to jail.
